We had a comfortable stay at Mr. Tushar's place. The location is very accessible, the rooms are clean, and the food service is brilliant!
very nice place but there are dogs which we didn't know about, so smoking in the outdoor area was bit uncomfortable, other than that very nice
Really enjoyed our 2nd time stay here. The communication was top-notch from start to finish, which made check-in and travel very easy. Being within walking distance of local spots and having quick access to the metro/cabs was a huge plus. It felt like a cozy, homely environment...definitely would stay again..

It is an excellent property. We are thankful that Tushar Da not only helped us to find out the exact location but also he allowed an early check in.

It was an excellent stay and would recommend this place to anyone who would like to stay in south kolkata neighbourhood.
This place is very close to Tollygunge Metro as well as Kolkata film studio and other places to visit.
We booked the place since it was near to Metro station and easy to commute. The place is budget friendly and the staffs are really helpful.
We would rebook the place in future as well.
Only cons or possible improvement would be upgrading the seating furniture in the room which had lot of stains and showed sign of aging. The microwave was bit small and old.
I had my worst experience here , first of all it is jxt a small tiny room that to in ground floor and he claims in the app that the property is pet friendly but asked me to tie my dog outside at night in this freezing cold and even threatened to kick us out at 11pm . He is totally running a scam . And also he claims that he is a dog lover but according to him dog must stay outside the house even he also has 3 large size breed dog and he keeps them outside even in this freezing cold that too without a bed i was jxt traumatised in that stay i just somehow stay there untill the sunrise and checkout early in the morning.
Tushar Das’s set up and location is very good , nice ambience and obviously great food .
Tushar always responds proactively to any query in a cordial way .
This is my second stay at this property. Overall, it was a really great experience. Tushar, the host, was very good and communicated well.
It was a great place and great time staying there. Host mr. Tushar Das was extremely humble and welcoming and similarly the room was clean and equipped with all the necessary furnitures and tools (eg: Refrigerator, Microwave, AC etc). The location and property was also very beautiful and well maintained. Overall it was a 10/10 place and would love to recommend everyone.

Too much disturbance and no privacy at allz host knocking gate every 20mins for this and that, unknown people keep roaming around everywhere outside the room in hall area without any etiquette and the room is definitely different as shown in the photo. It's basically a house where one of the room is given to the guests and people are roaming around outside the room, so basically it's not a Airbnb as we had to just sit in the room and we couldn't even step out of the room to see the view or anything and just stucked inside a small room with lots of disturbance outside the room which was really uncomfortable.
They infact asked us to not go outside the property after 11 which was definitely not mentioned in the rules, so basically all was going as per the owner's self decision and definitely it's not applicable for Airbnb.
It was squeaky clean, great hosting in an extremely good location. Would highly recommend as it's all worth it.

A wonderful stay, situated just 2 mins away from the Metro station. Tushar was a wonderful host, helped us throughout our stay. The room itself was clean and spotless, and the location is great. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place where you can have a Staycation, or to just relax for the weekend.

from the moment I arrived Tushar da was warm and welcoming and made me feel at home.Stayed there for 4 nights. The property was clean, quite and peacefull. one of my fav part was the relaxing balcony where you can relax and chill.
I would definitely recommend this homestay.
To start off with the check in process, I will say it was hassle free. They made us feel like home. Everything was top notch, clean rooms, lawn, and 3 cute dogs. We were made very comfortable from the moment we checked in until check out. Highly recommend to visit this place. Loved it.
It was a great experience. Had a good and warm gesture. All amenities are accessible as described. Staffs and host are are really very nice in terms of service and behaviour. Got the warmth of being a true guest and got the fill like our own home. He is really a super host. I will recommend people to choose his place for your next vacation staying.
We stayed at the Ruby room. It was clean and decent. The room is smallish but common areas are there to relax in . The dogs are very cute.
We would have liked it more if the house rules mentioned that we cannot enter back to the property after 12 in the night. The reason for this is that the caretaker has the lock , and has to open the gate each time you enter or exit from the place. While quiet hours are mentioned after 11pm , it did not explicitly tell that we cannot enter the property after 12. We had a wedding to attend so it became a little rushed. We tried talking to the caretaker but he mentioned "you want to come after 12? It is not allowed ". When we brought it up with the host too ,he mentioned that it's a bnb ,not a hotel. So we left from the wedding early and did come back by 12 and could re-enter but we would have picked a different place if we knew the house rules. The location is quite good. I guess that's the main advantage of the place. Good for long stays probably

I have stayed here for a day and i must wanna say that Tushar is truly a superhost. He is super friendly and proactive. His place is very clean , secure and the add on is the food. They offer very tasty proper bengali food which i will recommend everyone staying in his property to try at-least once. It was lovely staying here. Definitely recommend airbnb in Kolkata.

One of the nicest and peaceful Airbnb in South kolkata. It was super clean just exactly what the images showed. They have 3 pet dog also and they are very friendly and lovable❤ Mainly the host Tushar Das was very supportive and communicated well.
Tushar is a great host. First impression as soon as I entered the premise was cleanliness and meticulously planned room with all amenities at the right place. Room is spotless and host has left no stone unturned to make the stay comfortable and memorable.
Would definitely look forward to staying again in the future.
